The amount for administration contracts is established according to the serice package, starting from 100 RON / apartment / month or 150 RON / house / month. The total amount of the contract will be set after inspecting the buildings (common sides) of the association of owners and checking of the financial situation.

The above mentioned prices account for a medium package of contracted services, which is subject to further negotiations depending on the demand for services of the owners of the property.
