The amount for administration is according to the size of owners association: number buildings, number of apartments, number of debtors to pay monthly contributions, total amounts of the debts to suppliers and others from 10 RON / apartment / month, and at least 500 RON / owners association / month. The total amount of the contract will be set after inspecting the buildings (common sides) of the association of owners and checking of the financial situation.

The price of 10 RON / month / apartment accounts for a medium package of the contracted services, which is subject to further negotiations according to the demand for services of the association of owners.
