The amount for administration is established according to the size of residential park: number of buildings, number of apartments, number of debtors to pay monthly contributions, total amounts of the debts to suppliers and others from 30 RON / apartment or villa/ month, at least 750 RON / residential park / month. The total amount of the contract will be set after inspecting the buildins (common sides) of the residential park and checking of the financial situation.

The price of 30 RON / apartment or villa / month accounts for a medium package of contracted services, which is subject to further negotiations depending on the demand for services of the association of owners from the residential park.
