- Assets and money funds management, cash-in amounts management, necessary payments performance;
- Drawing-up of monthly reports on the financial situation of the property;
- National and international cash transfers;
- Utility bills checking and payment;
- Taxes, local taxes payment, etc.;
- Property insurance and ensuring the debt collection;
- Representing the interests of the owner against third parties (public authorities, utilities supply companies, owners' associations, etc.);
- Fiscal representation, tax records drawing-up;
- Support for property rental;
- Rent collecting;
- Drawing-up of property submission / takeover.
- Administration of property documents;
- Administration of contracts for the utilities supply and other services;
- Provide specialized personnel (plumber, electrician, accountant, lawyer, etc.);
- Management of the renovation works decided by the property owner;
- Weekly visit of the property and sending via e-mail of 10 photographs of the property, discussed in advance with the owner;
- Follow-up of the equipment service agenda, and ensure their optimal functioning;
- Follow-up the building behavior in time, checking and assessing of the general status of the property.
- Security services;
- Cleaning;
- Maintenance of the green spaces;
